If you are a regular reader of the Apps for iPads site you know that we are big fans of Oceanhouse Media apps and their Dr. Seuss apps in particular. They have developed and we have reviewed a lot of them! You probably have a number of them on your iPad. Maybe you’ve even, like us, made a folder to house them all. Now, with the release of the Dr. Seuss Bookshelf app, you don’t have to go hunting for those elusive Dr. Seuss apps any longer!
As you see in the video the Dr. Seuss Bookshelf app tracks down and houses all your Dr. Seuss titles on your iPad. The app lines them up in neat and fun rows and allows you to rearrange them for your convenience. Put your favorites on that shelf so that you can find them quickly, or use it for a recommended list for your child.

What don’t we like about the app? We do not like that half of the app is devoted to being an app store and that both of those shelves are situated at the top of the screen so they command the most attention. Both The Store and Featured shelves are apps that your child will be presented with each and every time they open this app. You can clearly see it in the video and in our screen capture at the top of this review.
