...it's almost as good as being there!

We lived across the street from an athlete that just missed the 2012 Summer Olympic Games by a fraction of an inch. We have followed Sheena’s athletic career for years even after moving from that city 10 years ago, the same time she and our youngest son went off to college. It was so heart-breaking to learn that her longest triple jump, while good enough to get her second place in the Olympic qualifier, was not long enough by Olympic standards. So she’ll be sitting it out, just like us. I hope she has an iPad because Sports Illustrated just released an iPad app that is going to make it almost like being there in London with our athletes!
